Researchers' experiences and expectations regarding metadata

High quality meta data are essential for true and easy data reuse, but the slow uptake of so called meta data standards indicate some missing links. This project addresses these links by interviewing standard developers as well as real researchers on what they want and need in meta data. We aim to analyze 35 interviews with field leaders concerning metadata and what is needed to take the space to the next level, especially focusing on our previous work at the variable level.
