Team study skills (team-science skills) for development of scientific cooperation and knowledge transfer – research pilot projects in Poland and Germany

The project develops an understanding of what training opportunities exist for team science skills, and what trainings and skills need to be developed for the future of science, in relation to digitalization, big team, and open science. There is likely a need to develop, e.g., digitalization and cooperation skills in science. Thus, the first phase is focused on scoping the field and building a survey which will be deployed across Europe in the coming years.
