Graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw (specialization: political marketing), Polish-French European Doctoral Studies (Warsaw School of Economics, University of Warsaw, Université de Marne-la-Vallée and Université de Cergy-Pontoise in Paris) and postgraduate studies in the field of evaluation; regional development; statistical analyzes and data mining. Holder of Master Lettres, Langues, Sciences Humaines et Sociales (specialization: European studies) – at Université de Cergy-Pontoise in Paris and Certificat d'Études Politiques - Institut d'Études Politiques in Lyon. Professional experience gained in Polish and French administration, over the last decade in the field of programming and implementation of European Funds as well as EEA and Norway Grants. At EUROREG, involved in the project „The role of EU funds in Poland’s regional and local development in light of international experiences”.
