EUROREG conducts fundamental research as well as expert work supporting e.g. public administration. Research activities are undertaken within the projects financed both by Polish institutions (among others: the National Science Centre, Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, Chancellery of the Prime Minister, regional and local governments) and international organizations (such as the European Commission, World Bank, OECD, UNDP). EUROREG participates in the implementation of international research projects in the framework of the EU's research and innovation funding programmes (HORIZON), ESPON (ESPON SUPER, ESPON 4T) and INTERREG. So far, EUROREG has taken part in the implementation of eight ESPON projects, including in the capacity of the coordinator of the international research team (ESPON TERCO). EUROREG has implemented five projects financed by the EU Research Programmes, acting as the Lead partner in one of them (the GRINCOH project).
